  • Corrugated Switchboard matting is a non-conductive high density vinyl compound engineered to prevent electric shock around high voltage equipment.
  • The non-conductive vinyl compound creates an insulting barrier between the electrical source and ground.
  • V-Groove linear pattern surface “grabs” the bottom of footwear, improving traction and safety.
  • Matting has been tested to meet ASTM Standard D178/ANSI J6.7.
  • Choose the correct class based on your overall voltage requirements:
    • Class 1: 3/16” thick, Dielectric Test Voltage: 20,000 VAC. Proof tested over entire surface at 10,000 VAC. Recommended Maximum use Voltage: 7,500 VAC.
    • Class 2: 1/4” thick, Dielectric Test Voltage: 30,000 VAC. Proof tested over entire surface at 20,000 VAC. Recommended Maximum use Voltage: 17,000 VAC.
    • Class 3: 3/8” thick, Dielectric Test Voltage: 40,000 VAC. Proof tested over entire surface at 30,000 VAC. Recommended Maximum use Voltage: 26,500 VAC.
    • Class 4: 1/2” thick, Dielectric Test Voltage: 50,000 VAC. Proof tested over entire surface at 40,000 VAC. Recommended Maximum use Voltage: 36,000 VAC.
